La Mer brings together the very best of executive chef Sean Wiener's broad experience, background and tastes. Our dishes incorporate coastal seafood classics and traditional Jewish cuisine, with a sprinkling of Asian flavors inspired by Sean's travels throughout Southeast Asia, along with his passion for sushi and Japanese cooking.
